Housing

On campus

Living on campus gives you access to a new world of opportunities in a dynamic university environment. The residential experience is designed to promote your academic and personal success and to help you make the most of your first year at ASU.

Exciting, convenient and safe, living on campus also gives you access to a variety of services and resources within each campus community. These services and resources allow you to further your academic success while empowering you with independence and responsibility in a supportive environment. Studies show that students who live on campus transition with more ease to university life, graduate faster and are more involved with the university than students who live off campus.

You will receive housing information upon admission to ASU. Housing for upper-division students on the Tempe campus includes University Towers and the Vista del Sol housing community.

Just minutes from the center of campus, these residential communities provide just the right mix of services, amenities and privacy by offering a variety of living options, kitchen and laundry facilities, technology and computer resources. In addition, recreational facilities including swimming pools, volleyball courts and TV lounges are available.
